My Name is Richard, I moved to Florida in 1981 from Toms River, New Jersey with my Parents and two siblings. It wasn't long before we realized, Florida was our New Home with its Tropical climates and amazing beaches. I grew up in Naples, Attended Naples High. I have Three amazing Children and Three awesomely amazing Grand Children, One was Born on my Birthday, I started my Real Estate Career in 2002, My Best Friend was in Real Estate and had been for many years, I would watch him Renovate and Stage properties and often Help.
